This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect Personal Information when you interact with us online or offline, including when you: visit any website or mobile application we own or operate (“Sites”), contact us by email, phone, or other means, visit or reside at properties we own or manage, apply for tenancy or employment, use resident portals, payment systems, or digital services we provide, interact with us on social media, participate in any current or future analytics, advertising, or digital engagement programs operated by or on behalf of the Companies.
By using our Sites or interacting with us, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
Personal Information We Collect. We collect “Personal Information,” meaning information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to an individual or household. We also collect “Sensitive Personal Information,” meaning Personal Information granted heightened protection under applicable law. I. Children's Data
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data except:
When required for household composition in a housing application

If any of the Companies service is later directed to children under 13 (per COPPA):
